
The author argues that the tutoring model requires transformation in line with contemporary trends in education. The article presents conceptual approaches to transforming the content of the tutoring model, specifically focusing on technological and managerial aspects, which the author divides into two components: situational and procedural. The author examines the essence of each approach, their principles, as well as their focus on improving the tutoring model, enhancing its effectiveness, adaptability, and flexibility in a changing world.
