
The EIFL (Electronic Information for Libraries) 2023 Annual Report covers the achievements and activities of EIFL in promoting access to knowledge in 2023. EIFL has four core programmes: EIFL Copyright and Libraries Programme; EIFL Licensing Programme; EIFL Open Access Programme and EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme. The report celebrates the 20th anniversary of the EIFL Open Access Programme with a special feature about the contribution that the programme has made to facilitating the open sharing of research over two decades. It also profiles some of the people who benefited from EIFL’s work in 2023.
