The general and professional culture of the pedagogue - as the basis of pedagogic activity. Pedagogy develops based on the development laws of society. Today, this process is at its peak. In particular, the work being done to establish a legal state shows that the national consciousness is rising day by day. As long as the human consciousness does not progress, no change is felt in the aspects of social life. Since the times are changing rapidly, it means that pedagogy should be in sync with these changes. In this article, the task of the pedagogue in the educational process, as well as the general and professional culture of the pedagogue, is scientifically researched.
