Abstract: In all societal sectors, artificial intelligence (AI) has resulted in increase in efficiency that was not seen before. The use of AI in education has the potential to revolutionise the field through decreased workload for teachers, personalised instruction, intelligent tutoring, high-precision instruction, collaboration, and learner tracking. The paper uses bibliometric analysis to illustrate the evolution of AI research in educational technologies in government schools. This study aims to investigate the bibliometric analysis of studies published in the literature about the application of AI in education. The information was gathered via the scopus database. After using a wide range of keywords to search the literature, 2,686 publications on the topic that were released between 2003 and 2024 were discovered. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, Education Technologies, Schools, Bibliometric Analysis
