
In this article, we have set out to address the issue of training the tailor-dressmaker. We present the way vocational skills are developed and offer a pedagogical model set on a student-centered strategy intended to ensure the quality of vocational-technical education, based on current socio-economic realities. This model favors the functionality of interaction between all relevant factors and contributes to an increase in the quality of future tailors’ skills, which will help them better integrate in the job market and adapt readily to its requirements.
