Active predator that lives mainly in plant and animal remains, on flowing sap of trees, and in many species of fungi.As facultative mycetobiont, it occurs in carpophores of fungi. Distribution. Europe, Caucasus, Asia Minor, Western Siberia (Schülke & Smetana 2015).
