Models for: Modelling and Analysing a Mechanical Lung Ventilator in mCRL2

Abstract

Files for the mCRL2 model of the Mechanical Lung Ventilator case study for ABZ 2024.The model and its verification are described in the paper D. van Dortmont, J.J.A. Keiren and T.A.C. Willemse. Modelling and Analysing a Mechanical Lung Ventilator in mCRL2. Proceedings of ABZ 2024. 2024. The model is based on the description and requirements in Bonfanti, S. and Gargantini, A. (2023) ‘Mechanical Lung Ventilator’ (version 5). Available at: https://github.com/foselab/abz2024_casestudy_MLV/blob/main/Mechanical_Lung_Ventilator%201_5.pdfThis repository contains: MLV.mcrl2. The mCRL2 model describing the behaviour off the system properties/*.mcf. The mu-calculus formulas for the requirements of the MLV. run.sh. The script that can be used to verify that the model satisfies the requirements. The original files are also contained in the examples directory of the mCRL2 repository.
