This Engagement Guide and Script was developed to help Research Computing and Data (RCD) facilitators conduct initial engagement discussions with smaller, less-resourced institutions. It is designed to help the facilitator evaluate an emerging program’s existing levels of support for research, identify their key challenges, and help them set goals for potential growth and expansion.
