
This task is responsible for evaluation of the different EPC models and providing adequate guidelines to facilitate the service contracting phase. It identifies suitable contracting models for application in case of multi-actor contractual arrangements to be made across different sectors. This considers EPC between service providers and consumers, while integration with P4P aimed at both service providers (e.g., between utilities and aggregators) and consumers (between ESCOs and consumers) is leveraged to incentivise the user engagement.
