
Laetmaster Fisher 1908 Fisher 1908: 88 Diagnosis Body stellate, Rr=2.7. Arms six, slender, disc large, flat, interbrachial arcs rounded. Abactinal surface covered by small subpaxillate plates, each with spinelets, 2 to 4. Distinct bare interradial space present with a prominent madreporite present in one bare interradius. Marginal plates composed of a large, single paxillae, widely spaced, each with pointed spines, 5 to 6, directed outward, spines perpendicular to the plane of the disc. Adambulacral furrow spines 4 to 5, parallel to furrow, subambulacral spines small. Modified from Clark & Downey (1992).
