The StandICT.eu Standards Training Academy provides material to elevate your expertise in ICT standardisation. englishThis module provides information and definitions of Research and Development (R&D) activities and explores the connections between R&D and standardisation, highlighting how standards can influence research directions and innovation outcomes. It also also discusses the impact of standards on both the process and product of research and innovation, emphasising the role of standardisation in translating R&D efforts into societal and economic benefits.
