Antibody Characterization Report for SHIP1 (INPP5D)

Abstract

This report presents a guide to selecting high-quality commercial antibodies against Phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate 5-phosphatase 1 (SHIP1), encoded by INPP5D, by Western blot and immunoprecipitation, using a standardized experimental protocol based on comparing read-outs in knockout cell lines and isogenic parental controls. Work presented in this report was supported in part by the Accelerating Medicines Partnership Program for Alzheimers Disease (AMD-AD) established by the National Institutes of Aging under award number U54AG065187.

Keywords
