</script>Registration of a vargant Imperial Eagle (Aquila heliaca) in Cherkasy region. - M.N. Gavrilyuk, T.S. Omer, O.O. Sheremet, V.V. Kazannyk, M.V. Prychepa, O.M. Sapuha, O.V. Snitsar. - Berkut. 29 (1-2). 2020. - The Imperial Eagle is now a rare breeding species in the Middle Dnieper Area and a vagrant bird in Cherkasy region (Central Ukraine). We found a young bird on a fishpond near Irkliiv (49.497º N, 32.291º E). It was observed on 7, 12, 13 and 20.11.2020. We saw a case of eating fish by the eagle. There were no conflict relationships with White-tailed Sea Eagles that are numerous in this place. It is the first observation of the Imperial Eagle in Cherkasy region during last 20 years. У Середньому Придніпров’ї могильник є рідкісним гніздовим видом. На території Черкаської області це лише залітний птах. Молодого могильника ми спостерігали 7, 12, 13 та 20.11.2020 р. на риборозплідних ставках біля смт Іркліїв (Чорнобаївський район). Відмічено випадок поїдання ним риби. Це перше спостереження виду на території області принаймні за останні 20 років.
