This document is the “workbook”. The structure of this document follows the five steps that were established in the co-creation framework. The workbook will help you document the progress of your multimedia product(s). It collects the most important considerations per step. Each step consists of questions and corresponding input fields, checkboxes and tables to fill in. In addition to this workbook, there is also a handbook which provides you with concrete scenarios for every step and insights that can help you in producing multimedia. You can use the workbook with or without using the handbook. The handbook and the workbook are designed for everyone who is in charge of producing educational multimedia in higher education. We believe that it is beneficial to repeat this cycle for every single multimedia product you produce, but it is up to you to decide how thorough you follow these guidelines. Perhaps you will closely follow this handbook and workbook for the production of your first multimedia product, and for subsequent recordings, only focus on the scenarios and questions that are most relevant to you? Or maybe it is one specific insight that can elevate your way of working?
