Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo exponer los avances en torno al desarrollo de estrategias de aprovechamiento de las TIC, en el marco del proyecto de investigación-acción Formación de redes de apoyo para el retorno voluntario de extranjeros colombianos residentes en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía, financiado por la Fundación La Caixa y realizado por la Universidad de Granada y la Universidad del Norte. El proyecto que dio origen a este artículo busca generar un marco idóneo para la constitución de redes de apoyo personal y social en torno a los extranjeros colombianos residentes en Andalucía, España. La consecución de este propósito se logrará a partir de la aplicación de una metodología de investigación-acción, que contribuya a la promoción del conocimiento práctico y administrativo de los diferentes escenarios relacionados con la población objeto de estudio en España. Lo antes señalado es motivado al escenario laboral en España desde 2008 hasta la fecha en lo que se refiere al número de desempleados, así como el impulso dado por el Gobierno de España al Plan de Retorno Voluntario a finales de 2008. 

The present article will show the advances around the development of strategies of use of the TIC, within the framework of the research project Formación de redes de apoyo para el retorno voluntario de extranjeros colombianos residentes en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía, sponsored by the Caixa Foundation and realised by the University of Granada and the University del Norte. The project that gave rise to this article looks for to generate a suitable frame for the constitution of networks of personal and social support around the colombian inmigrants in Andalucia, Spain. The attainment of this intention will be obtained from the application of an investigation-action methodology that contributes to the promotion of the practical and administrative knowledge of the different scenes related to the population object from study in Spain. The value of the Project take for this article come from the work scene in Spain from 2008 to date concerning the number of unemployed, as well as, the promotion given by the Government from Spain round the Voluntary Return’s Plan at the end of 2008.
