Abstract

It has been proven that in modern emergency conditions, which are characterized by a decrease in theefficiency of land use, a slowdown or unjustified formation of united territorial communities, regional disparities,a reduction in the main indicators of the functioning of subjects at the regional level, there is a need to rethinkapproaches to the formation and use of land.
