Abstract

En el nuevo contexto educativo que se está implementando en el país busca, fundamentalmente, el logro de la verdadera formación integral del docente, además de la participación efectiva de la comunidad educativa en general a fin de contribuir a la solución de los problemas que afrontan las instituciones educativas, dentro del contexto social y productivo. El propósito de la investigación fue: Generar constructos teóricos para la formación del docente de educación media general en las Educativas "Dr. Patrocinio Peñuela Ruiz" "General Cipriano Castro" "E.B. Colegio: Juan Vicente Bolívar y Ponte", pertenecientes al Municipio Pedro María Ureña, desde la perspectiva epistemológica y fundamentada en la teoría de la transcomplejidad. El paradigma se corresponde con el enfoque cualitativo y método fenomenológico los conceptos, creencias y actitudes asumidas en la práctica diaria. Para efectos de la exploración se entrevistaron nueve (09) informantes clave, docentes, correspondientes a las unidades educativas antes mencionadas. La reflexión final, conlleva a que el docente como gestor y promotor de procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, requiere implementar acciones cónsonas con las características tanto de los estudiantes, como del contexto en el cual se desempeñan, lo que exige ser creativo y estar claro de la dirección que le imprime al aprendizaje y de los objetivos que pretende alcanzar con cada acción que conduce.

In the new educational context that is being implemented in the country, it fundamentally seeks to achieve true comprehensive teacher training, in addition to the effective participation of the educational community in general in order to contribute to the solution of the problems faced by the educational institutions, within the social and productive context. The purpose of the research is: Generate theoretical constructs for the training of general secondary education teachers in the "Dr. Patrocinio Peñuela Ruiz" "General Cipriano Castro" "E.B. Colegio: Juan Vicente Bolívar y Ponte" Educational Institutions, belonging to the Pedro María Municipality Ureña, from the epistemological perspective and based on the theory of transcomplexity. The paradigm corresponds to the qualitative approach and phenomenological method, the concepts, beliefs and attitudes assumed in daily practice. For the purposes of the exploration, nine (09) key teaching informants will be interviewed, which correspond to: the educational units: "Dr. Patrocinio Peñuela Ruiz" "General Cipriano Castro" "E.B. Colegio: Juan Vicente Bolívar y Ponte", belonging to the Pedro María Ureña Municipality, from the epistemological perspective and based on the theory of transcomplexity.
