
El siguiente artículo de revisión de literatura tiene como objetivo analizar las principales investigaciones científicas sobre la percepción empresarial y gestión del cambio para el uso de realidad virtual en empresas en los últimos cinco años. Para ello se hizo uso de la metodología de revisión sistemática de literatura científica realizada en cuatro bases de datos donde se aplicaron criterios de exclusión e inclusión a los resultados obtenidos. Con ello se obtuvo que el 38% de artículos científicos corresponden a Scopus, el 31% a Proquest, el 18% a Taylor & Francis y el 13% a Google Académico, asimismo se obtuvo que el año con mayores publicaciones científicas respecto a la temática fue el 2022. Finalmente se concluyó en que existen alrededor de 39 artículos científicos que abordan las variables en estudio destacando que se obtuvo mayor bagaje de información en gestión del cambio frente a la percepción empresarial.
The following literature review article aims to analyze the main scientific research on business perception and change management for the use of virtual reality in companies in the last five years. For this purpose, the methodology of systematic review of scientific literature was used in four databases where exclusion and inclusion criteria were applied to the results obtained. It was obtained that 38% of scientific articles correspond to Scopus, 31% to Proquest, 18% to Taylor & Francis and 13% to Google Scholar, and that the year with the highest number of scientific publications on the subject was 2022. Finally, it was concluded that there are around 39 scientific articles that address the variables under study, highlighting that a greater amount of information was obtained on change management compared to business perception.
