Abstract: In a national and international context marked by economic and financial constraints, the imperative to enhance the competitiveness of Moroccan enterprises has become a pivotal challenge for both the government and the private sector. This summary is organized around three primary themes: firstly, it delineates the historical evolution of the economic role of the state in Morocco, delving into the historical dynamics that have influenced its involvement in the economic landscape. Secondly, it presents a comprehensive analysis of the current most pertinent public policies, offering a nuanced overview of ongoing initiatives and their implications for businesses. Résumé : Dans un contexte national et international complexe sur les plans économique et financier, la nécessité impérieuse d'accroître la compétitivité des entreprises marocaines émerge comme un défi central pour l'État et le secteur privé. Ce résumé s'articule autour de trois axes majeurs : premièrement, il esquisse l'évolution du rôle économique de l'État au Maroc, explorant les dynamiques historiques qui ont façonné son engagement dans le panorama économique.
