These problems may be related to school, family support, classroom management, peer involvement, examination and so on. To our understanding, student teachers often face a certain level of academic and non-academic problems as part of the paradigm shift even before they begin their practice teaching. Proper awareness and adequate planning are essential to make the student teachers efficient enough to face and solve those problems. They should be equipped enough through proper coaching even at the beginning of their practice teaching.This study focuses on problems encountered by student teachers of Elementary Education during the practice teaching period and tries to suggest solutions through emerged findings.
