Abstract

The deliverable specifies the current state of the development and deployment of the Open Web Index (OWI) and the OpenWebSearch Engine Hub (OWSE-HUB), as compared to the proposal phase, and discusses the planning for the next year.

The deliverable expresses the opinion of the authors and has not yet been approved by the EC.
