In the context of recent advancements in artificial intelligence, such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL•E, and Lensa, there is a growing and active discussion on the ethical aspect of utilizing these technologies in the realm of visual art generation. The ethical dimension of using artists' works to train artificial neural networks is thoroughly examined, along with the question of copyright in the context of AI image generation. The author advocates for the need for ethical regulation in this field and proposes opportunities for the application of artificial intelligence in collaborative creative tasks with artists.
