Abstract

*Arjan den Braven* www.awnregionijmegen.nl The capital from the outer castellum moat weighs 55.92 kg. It was found in the dark (upper) moat filling around 31.20 m +NAP. I suspect an early Roman date, but based on context I cannot yet rule out with certainty that it is a Carolingian capital. During the excavation of the ROB, the blocks of the god's pier were found at least about 1.5 m deeper in the moat. These blocks almost certainly ended up in the moat in the 4th century. *Arjan den Braven* Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
