Abstract

The present handbook from EU PRIMA MEDIFIT Project (2020-2023) aimed at tackling Mediterranean challenges in the small ruminant milk cheese sub-sector on one hand, and on the other hand, at promoting the MEDIFIT digital solution for a better food safety and traceability, by identifying novel policy strategies, policy instruments, governance mechanisms and institutional changes required to foster transitions towards a new paradigm of digital food companies in a longer term perspective.
