
Resumo – O presente trabalho foi fundamentado com base nos conceitos da Terapia Cognitivo-Comportamental e de conhecimentos acerca do desenvolvimento de habilidades sociais na infância, diante da necessidade e importância do uso de recursos terapêuticos lúdicos na prática do atendimento psicológico com o público infantil. Assim, define-se como objetivo deste recurso facilitar a investigação e coleta de informações sobre emoções e comportamentos de crianças entre 7 e 11 anos de idade, em situações de interação social e uso de habilidades sociais. Esta ferramenta também se comporta como um método lúdico para compreender a vida do paciente, a fim de auxiliar o psicólogo na elaboração da conceitualização cognitiva. O método é de pesquisa bibliográfica com relato de experiência de uma vivência prática na disciplina de Abordagem Cognitivo Comportamento do curso de Psicologia do Centro Universitário Avantis, de Balneário Camboriú – SC. Abstract – This work was based on the concepts of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and knowledge about the development of social skills in childhood, given the need and importance of using playful therapeutic resources in the practice of psychological care with children. Therefore, the objective of this resource is to facilitate the investigation and collection of information about the emotions and behaviors of children between 7 and 11 years of age, in situations of social interaction and use of social skills. This tool also acts as a playful method to understand the patient's life, in order to assist the psychologist in developing cognitive conceptualization. The method is bibliographical research with an experience report of a practical experience in the Cognitive Behavioral Approach discipline of the Psychology course at the Avantis University Center, in Balneário Camboriú – SC.
