Abstract

From the point of view of the mechanism of scientific and technical service that promotes innovation and entrepreneurship, innovation can significantly increase labor productivity and the efficiency of labor factors, and help to optimize and update the industrial structure. Sustainable economic development must rely on technological innovation. This article develops an innovative science and technology service system in five aspects to achieve the goal of industrial economy development: a market-oriented mechanism, a demand-oriented mechanism, an industrial university research cooperation innovation mechanism, a scientific and technological finance system, and the establishment of a scientific and technological team.
