In this research, which was conducted to examine the factors affecting the conscious awareness levels of school administrators, the general screening model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used. The sample of the research is 300 school administrators working in public schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in Malatya in the 2023-2024 academic year. Conscious Awareness Scale for Adolescents and Adults was used as a data collection tool in the study. The analysis of the research data was carried out in a computer environment with a statistical data analysis program. As a result of the research, it was seen that gender, position in the institution, educational status and seniority variables were effective on the conscious awareness levels of school administrators. Conscious awareness levels of female school administrators and those who serve as school principals are higher.
