
The survey model, which is a quantitative method, was used in the research conducted to determine the social anxiety levels of teachers. Social anxiety scale for adolescents was used as a data collection tool in the study. SPSS 24.0 statistical data analysis program was used in the analysis of the research data. The level of significance in the analyzes was accepted as p<0.05. As a result of the research, it was determined that gender, marital status, branch variables were effective on teachers' social anxiety levels. The increase in the damage of the place where the teachers live in the earthquake causes an increase in the level of social anxiety they experience. Keywords: Teacher, Anxiety, Social Anxiety
