Abstract

Tematyką przedmiotowego artykułu jest analiza nowego typu spółki kapitałowej w Polsce – prostej spółki akcyjnej pod kątem jej atrakcyjności przy inwestycjach typu Venture Capital. Autor przedstawia i opisuje instrumenty prostej spółki akcyjnej, które jawią się jako atrakcyjne dla uczestników tego typu inwestycji oraz te, które mogą być uważane za potencjalnie nieatrakcyjne. Artykuł kończy się podsumowaniem, w którym autor przedstawia końcowe konkluzje.

The subject of this article is the analysis of a new type of company in Poland – the simple joint-stock company, in terms of its attractiveness for Venture Capital investments. Author presents and describes the instruments of a simple joint-stock company, which appear attractive to the participants of this type of investment, and those that may be considered potentially unattractive. The article concludes with the author's final conclusions.
