МОРФОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ОССОБЕННОСТИ ПЕЧЕНИ ПРИ ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНГО ТОКСИЧЕСКОГО ГЕПАТИТА В УСЛОВИЯХ ЖАРКОГО КЛИМАТА

Abstract

Клинические признаки токсического поражения печени разнообразны по интенсивности и типу прояв-лений, зависят от вида токсического фактора, а также от времени его воздействия. Первичные токсические поражения печени вызывают разной интенсивности воспалительные процессы или разрастание соедини-тельной ткани с возможным развитием цирроза и пе-ченочной недостаточности. При всех токсических воздействиях изменяется функциональная активность гепатоцитов – основного структурного компартмента печени и синусоидов, что проявляется альтеративными изменениями в органе начиная от обратимых внутриклеточных (жировая дистрофия гепатоцитов, мутное набухание) до тяжелых интерстициальных изменений (фиброз, инфильтраты, цирроз, гепатоцеллюлярный рак).
