Abstract

El volumen III de la publicación "Desarrollo de habilidades para la lectura y escritura en la universidad" tiene como objetivo proporcionar una serie de herramientas teóricas y didácticas para el conocimiento y dominio del ensayo académico. Todas ellas están dirigidas a estudiantes y docentes que deseen comprender, producir o enseñar este género discursivo. El texto reúne conceptos asociados con la argumentación y su rol central en la elaboración del ensayo, la composición textual mediante los párrafos, la estructura del género en sí mismo y, finalmente, sus aplicaciones en las prácticas de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Cada capítulo está acompañado de una serie de actividades orientadas desde el ámbito teórico y práctico. Esto último hace de esta obra un recurso útil para el desarrollo del aprendizaje autónomo, individual o colectivo y, por lo tanto, es una herramienta de trabajo dentro y fuera del aula de clase.
