Abstract

In the framework of a master thesis of the first author we conducted the field studies on leafhoppers and planthoppers of Montenegro. In total 3541 specimens belonging to 73 species from 52 genera of leafhoppers and planthoppers were collected. Aphrophora salicina (Goeze, 1778), Philaenus signatus (Melichar, 1896), Idiodonus cruentatus (Panzer, 1799) and Hesium domino (Reuter, 1880) are new for fauna of Montenegro.
