POSSIBLE EDUCATIONAL PATHWAYS IN RUSSIA AND BULGARIA. SYSTEM DESCRIPTION OF FIELDS OF PROBLEMS

Abstract

The demand for this study is due established to by the interest in to the complex and controversial Russian and Bulgarian practices of the formation and development of educational environments in their these countries in the context of European and world trends/ The article contains a fragment (visualization) of the research case study in the form of keykis which is very relevant for Bulgaria. Given the specifics of the country, it is relevant for Russia. The mentioned case study, in essence, is a collective research material, the purpose of which is to identify organizational and psychological patterns when introducing unique educational technologies. In 2020-2023, the authors intend to create a replenished library of case studies in the case format, which will be written in collaboration with Bulgarian and Russian colleagues. The thematic focus of this electronic library is educational environments, specifically in Bulgaria and Russian Federation. This article describes the author’s segmentations necessary for this, which will correctly reflect the real status and the development of education in the case study. Methods of the undertaken research: a scale for the resource assessment of socio-economic and sociopsychological problems according to physical parameters (temporary, spatial, material, energy) and psychological (social, informational, technological, motivational-activity infrastructures); a technique for visualizing a problem situation for a subject / object of research; methodology "Fractal model of society"; methodology “Fan matrix of resource conversion”; methodology “Fan matrix for describing varieties of typical social problems”. All of these methods relate to ingredient-based techniques as part of the general methodology for writing research case studies in keykis-format. The practical significance of the article lies in the development and illustration of the use of research tools to describe the fields of real problems of the educational environment of the country. This is useful for triggering scripting and strategic processes that are adequate to external and internal challenges.
