La comunicación no verbal en las elecciones andaluzas 2018. Susana Díaz versus Teresa Rodríguez en el debate de RTVE.

Abstract

Este articulo de investigacion realiza una comparativa del comportamiento kinesico de dos politicas candidatas a la Junta de Andalucia por el Partido Socialista Obrero Espanol (PSOE) y Adelante Andalucia, Susana Diaz y Teresa Rodriguez, lideres femeninas enfrentadas tanto en su ideario politico como en su estilo oratorio, durante el debate electoral retransmitido en Radiotelevision Espanola (RTVE) por el canal 24 horas el pasado 26 de diciembre de 2018. La metodologia utilizada en la parte practica de este trabajo se ha basado en el analisis de contenido cuantitativo, una tecnica que permite medir con rigor y fiabilidad la frecuencia de patrones gestuales utilizados, tomando como referencia los diferentes ejes tematicos desarrollados por ambas representantes politicas en el transcurso del encuentro televisado. Los resultados obtenidos permiten afirmar que la lider socialista desplego un comportamiento no verbal mas adecuado en terminos de persuasion positiva durante el tiempo que intervino frente a su oponente, la lider de Adelante Andalucia, Teresa Rodriguez. Sin embargo, fue esta ultima quien supo desplegar una sonrisa mas autentica en sus intervenciones, una variable no verbal relacionada con la simpatia, la afabilidad y la autenticidad. Del mismo modo, los datos tambien indican el potencial de los gestos desplegados con las manos de ambas dirigentes a la hora de transmitir tanto la emocionalidad como el enfasis de ciertas expresiones.
