Revisiting the taxonomy of Crotalaria priestleyoides (Fabaceae: Papilionoideae), an endemic legume of Western Ghats

Abstract

Crotalaria priestleyoides Benth. ex Beddome an endemic and rare legume in India is reviewed for its identity, occurrence and nomenclature. Description and colour photographs are provided along with notes on its distribution. Previous lectotypification based on Stock’s collection is superseded due to conflict with the protologue.
