Abstract

Die Nikotinwirkung ist: 1. eine Vaguswirkung (bis zu 0,0002 g beobachtet). Die Wirkung ist spontan reversibel und tritt bei vorheriger Atropinisierung nicht ein; 2. eine Storung im reizleitenden Apparat des Herzens; 3. eine direkte Schadigung des Muskels. Die elektrische Reizbarkeit nimmt bei grosen Dosen (0,001 g und mehr) rasch ab.
