Abstract

Paper ini membahas tentang cara pengisolasian gen 16S rRNA bakteri endofit dari daun belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) dan menguji aktivitas antibakteri yang terdapat dari daun belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi L.). Paper ini akan mengaitkan antara kajian literatur dari bidang Mikrobiologi dan Genetika. Tujuan penulisan paper ini adalah untuk memgetahui cara isolasi gen 16S rRNA bakteri endofit dari daun belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) dan mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri yang terdapat pada daun belimbing (Averrhoa bilimbi L.).
