Постинтернатное сопровождение выпускников как технология социальной работы с детьми

Abstract

Objective: to define theoretical methodological and regulatory basis of developing system of social adaptation and integration of youths graduated from the orphanage considering innovative forms of support. Material and methods: national doctrine of Russian education till 2025. Federal law no. 48-FZ of 04.24.2008 “About custody and guardianship”, № 159-FZ of 12.21.1996 “On additional guarantees of social support of orphan children and children left without parental care”. Programs “Orphan children”, “Children of the South Ural”. Findings: quality of educational and institutional orphanage activity is updated. Educational system aimed to develop post-orphanage support of graduates is introduced. Graduates have learnt how to plan and model their future life. Development of their hardiness is provided and deemed a component of social adaptation and integration. Conclusions: development and testing of the following are performed: mechanisms of supporting orphan children and orphanage graduates; programs of social adaptation of orphanage graduates; programs aimed to develop advanced training courses for staff of institutions of basic and secondary education.

Цель определение теоретико-методологических и нормативно-правовых основ в становлении системы социальной адаптации и жизнеустройства воспитанников после выпуска из детского дома на основе инновационных форм сопровождения. Национальная доктрина Российского образования до 2025 года. Федеральные законы № 48-ФЗ от 24.04.2008 г. «Об опеке и попечительстве», № 159-ФЗ от 21.12.1996 г. «О дополнительных гарантиях по социальной поддержке детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей». Программы «Дети-сироты», «Дети Южного Урала». Обновлено качественное содержание образовательно-воспитательной деятельности интернатных учреждений, внедрение педагогической системы по развитию технологии постинтернатного сопровождения выпускников; проектирование и моделирование выпускниками своего будущего, формирование их жизнестойкости как одной из составляющих социальной адаптации и интеграции в общество. Разработка и апробация механизмов поддержки детей-сирот, выпускников интернатных учреждений, программ по социальной адаптации выпускников и разработке курсов повышения квалификации для работников учреждений начального и среднего профессионального образования.
