D8.3 Dissemination Report

Authors: Shoaib-Ul-Hasan, Sayyed; Farazee Asif;
Abstract

This report follows the completion of dissemination activities carried out by members of the ReCiPSS consortium throughout the duration of the ReCiPSS project, to share project outcomes, and to demonstrate the usefulness of the ReCiPSS results. It lists the dissemination activities carried out during the course of this project and reports any deviations from the “Deliverable 8.2 Dissemination Plan” that was revised in Nov 2018. The ReCiPSS project consists of a diverse consortium of 13 partners which is represented by 4 research and 9 industrial partners. The industrial partners are represented by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), technology providers, and knowledge providers. ReCiPSS communication team consists of researchers, professional communicators and graphic designers to ensure that all aspects of the dissemination and communication are covered. KTH is primarily responsible for all project-level dissemination activities. In addition, ReCiPSS partners have their own communication responsible to support the communication team. The graphic design team is provided by SIVECO, which is also supporting the project-level dissemination activities. The project partners have taken a variety of opportunities to leverage its combined networks of manufacturing, technology, design, academic and circular economy audiences to reach a broad group of stakeholders that could benefit from the ReCiPSS outcomes. Stakeholders targeted by ReCiPSS for dissemination include OEMs, remanufacturers, suppliers, workshops, wholesalers, core brokers, spare parts traders, software community, academic community, designers, manufacturing associations, remanufacturing associations, circular economy associations, circular economy businesses, and policymakers. The ReCiPSS dissemination plan was designed to disseminate the project results and the development of an ecosystem around the project effectively and systematically, in order to guarantee its sustainable impact. The dissemination plan set out the activities during the course of the project that helped communicate the project progress and results. In addition, the wider benefits of circular manufacturing systems were made available publicly online, e.g. through industry events, scientific publications and industrial case studies.
