Abstract

Key Clinical MessageElectrical stimulation (ES) of the pre‐supplementary or cingulate motor area can cause reaching/grasping (R/G) movements with the hand contralateral to the side of the brain receiving the ES. We report this phenomenon occurring in a 23‐year‐old right‐handed man during spontaneous epileptic seizure, which developed after traumatic brain injury.
