The Swedish Food Agency carries out one or several analysis projects each year in which relevant nutrients and components in foods are analysed. This is a part of the ongoing work with updating the Swedish Food Composition Database. In 2016, two projects were carried out and the “Dairy products” project is presented in this report. In total, 24 food samples were analysed in the project. This report describes the foods analysed, how they were selected and sampled, sample preparation and how analyses were conducted. Note: this report is published by the Swedish Food Agency (Livsmedelsverket) as part of their Report Series (www.livsmedelsverket.se/bestall-ladda-ner-material/sok-publikationer/pm/2020/pm-2020-mejeri-analys-av-naringsamnen)
