Abstract

La quercétine (Que) et ses dérivés sont des composés phytochimiques naturels aux effets bioactifs prometteurs. Les effets antidiabétiques, anti-inflammatoires, antioxydants, antimicrobiens, anti-Alzheimer, antiarthritiques, cardiovasculaires et cicatrisants du Que ont été largement étudiés, ainsi que son activité anticancéreuse contre différentes lignées cellulaires cancéreuses a été récemment rapportée. Le Que et ses dérivés se trouvent principalement dans l'alimentation occidentale, et les gens pourraient bénéficier de leur effet protecteur simplement en les prenant via des régimes ou en tant que complément alimentaire. Les systèmes d'administration de médicaments liés à la biodisponibilité du Que ont également été nettement exploités, et les nanoparticules de Que apparaissent comme une plate-forme prometteuse pour améliorer leur biodisponibilité. La présente revue vise à fournir un bref aperçu des effets thérapeutiques, des nouvelles perspectives et des perspectives à venir de Que.

La quercetina (Que) y sus derivados son fitoquímicos naturales con efectos bioactivos prometedores. Los efectos antidiabéticos, antiinflamatorios, antioxidantes, antimicrobianos, antialzhéimer, antiartríticos, cardiovasculares y de curación de heridas de Que se han investigado exhaustivamente, así como su actividad anticancerígena contra diferentes líneas celulares de cáncer. Que y sus derivados se encuentran predominantemente en la dieta occidental, y las personas podrían beneficiarse de su efecto protector simplemente tomándolos a través de dietas o como un suplemento alimenticio. Los sistemas de administración de fármacos relacionados con la biodisponibilidad de Que también se han explotado notablemente, y las nanopartículas de Que aparecen como una plataforma prometedora para mejorar su biodisponibilidad. La presente revisión tiene como objetivo proporcionar una breve descripción de los efectos terapéuticos, los nuevos conocimientos y las próximas perspectivas de Que.

Quercetin (Que) and its derivatives are naturally occurring phytochemicals with promising bioactive effects. The antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-Alzheimer's, antiarthritic, cardiovascular, and wound-healing effects of Que have been extensively investigated, as well as its anticancer activity against different cancer cell lines has been recently reported. Que and its derivatives are found predominantly in the Western diet, and people might benefit from their protective effect just by taking them via diets or as a food supplement. Bioavailability-related drug-delivery systems of Que have also been markedly exploited, and Que nanoparticles appear as a promising platform to enhance their bioavailability. The present review aims to provide a brief overview of the therapeutic effects, new insights, and upcoming perspectives of Que.

الكيرسيتين (Que) ومشتقاته هي مواد كيميائية نباتية تحدث بشكل طبيعي مع تأثيرات نشطة بيولوجيًا واعدة. تم التحقيق على نطاق واسع في تأثيرات مضادات السكري ومضادات الالتهابات ومضادات الأكسدة ومضادات الميكروبات ومضادات الزهايمر ومضادات التهاب المفاصل والقلب والأوعية الدموية والتئام الجروح لـ QUE، بالإضافة إلى نشاطها المضاد للسرطان ضد سلالات الخلايا السرطانية المختلفة التي تم الإبلاغ عنها مؤخرًا. تم العثور على الكيو ومشتقاته في الغالب في النظام الغذائي الغربي، وقد يستفيد الناس من تأثيرها الوقائي فقط من خلال تناولها عبر الوجبات الغذائية أو كمكمل غذائي. كما تم استغلال أنظمة توصيل الأدوية المتعلقة بالتوافر الحيوي في كيو بشكل ملحوظ، وتظهر جسيمات كيو النانوية كمنصة واعدة لتعزيز توافرها الحيوي. تهدف المراجعة الحالية إلى تقديم نظرة عامة موجزة عن التأثيرات العلاجية والرؤى الجديدة ووجهات النظر القادمة لـ QUE.
