Abstract

LE COMPOSÉ DU TITRE [NOM SYSTÉMATIQUE : acide (1R,4aR,7S,8aS,10aS)-1,4a,7-triméthyl-7-vinyl-1,2,3,4,4a,6,7,8,8a ,9,10,10a-dodéca-hydro-phénanthrène-1-carb-oxylique], C(20)H(30)O(2), est un diterpène de type pimarane extrait de Croton oblongifolius. Il y a deux mol-écules indépendantes dans l'unité asymétrique. Dans les deux cas, les anneaux à six membres A, B et C adoptent des conformations de chaise, de bateau et de demi-chaise, respectivement. Les anneaux A et B sont fusionnés en trans. Les deux mol-écules dans l'unité asymétrique forment des dimères R(2) (2) (8) liés à l'hydrogène O-H 0. La configuration absolue a été attribuée sur la base de la littérature publiée sur des structures analogues.

Hay dos mol-éculas independientes en la unidad asimétrica. En ambos, los anillos de seis miembros A, B y C adoptan conformaciones de silla, bote y media silla, respectivamente. Los anillos A y B están transfusionados. Los dos mol-éculas en la unidad asimétrica forman dímeros R(2) (2) (8) con enlaces de hidrógeno O-H. La configuración absoluta se asignó sobre la base de la literatura publicada sobre estructuras análogas.

THE TITLE COMPOUND [SYSTEMATIC NAME: (1R,4aR,7S,8aS,10aS)-1,4a,7-trimethyl-7-vinyl-1,2,3,4,4a,6,7,8,8a,9,10,10a-dodeca-hydro-phenanthrene-1-carb-oxy-lic acid], C(20)H(30)O(2), is a pimarane-type diterpene extracted from Croton oblongifolius. There are two independent mol-ecules in the asymmetric unit. In both of these, the six-membered rings A, B and C adopt chair, boat and half-chair conformations, respectively. Rings A and B are trans-fused. The two mol-ecules in the asymmetric unit form O-H⋯O hydrogen-bonded R(2) (2)(8) dimers. The absolute configuration was assigned on the basis of the published literature on analogous structures.
