
Radiologic technology educators must be aware of the adult learner's needs and of all the methods available to enhance the learning process. Synergogy goes beyond pedagogy and andragogy by avoiding their weaknesses and preserving their strengths. This article details the benefits and limitations, and explains the strategy, of this new teaching approach.
