Abstract

It is difficult to resist the appeal of new information and communication technologies: belonging to a group, sharing information, sending an e-mail, booking a service and many other possibilities. However, it is also important to know when to switch off and to be able to control the use of these new technologies. It is therefore necessary to raise awareness.
