Abstract

The purpose of this Master’s Thesis (TFM) is to analyze how the UX/UI design of Steam’s product pages —the world’s most widely used digital distribution platform for PC games— influences user experience and purchase intention. Given the visual complexity of these pages, the challenge lies in structuring information without causing cognitive overload or hindering decision-making, an area still underexplored in academic studies on UX/UI for video game sales platforms.
