Fluir. Una competència pel benestar

Abstract

Aquest treball de final de postgrau és un treball de recerca al voltant de la teoria del fluir que va desenvolupar Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi i té tres blocs diferenciats però relacionats entre sí. A més, s’exposa una justificació del perquè el fluir hauria de ser una competència genèrica dins del model presentat per Rafael Bisquerra i una carta de cuina a mode creatiu dels elements del fluir per tal que tothom entengui aquests conceptes complexos de manera més fàcil. A continuació, s’exposen els blocs en detall. El primer bloc té la base emmarcada en el concepte de “fluir” o “flow” investigat per Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. Es defineix el concepte, s’expliquen les característiques, quins són els seus components, quan es dóna el fluir, quins són els escuts o impediments del fluir i molts altres conceptes que estan interrelacionats amb el mateix concepte. Pel que fa referència al segon bloc, es defineix el concepte d’emoció, les seves característiques i una classificació de les mateixes partint de la teoria d’en Rafael Bisquerra. En el tercer bloc es defineix també el concepte de competència emocional partint del model que va elaborar Rafael Bisquerra i, conjuntament amb la definició, s’explica també el model de competències emocionals actual que proposa Rafael Bisquerra del GROP (Grup de recerca en orientació psicopedagògica).
