Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como propósito vincular las redes sociales como estrategia metodológica al proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, aplicado a los Colegios Técnicos Profesional de Esparza y Colegio Técnico Profesional de Puntarenas, en las especialidades de Informática Empresarial y Ejecutivo para Centros de Servicios, en el nivel de décimo año. Se recolecta la información a través de cuestionario a docentes y estudiantes y una entrevista semi estructurada a los directores y orientadores de ambas instituciones. Se hace énfasis en la Educación Técnica Profesional, el uso de las TIC y la importancia que han tomado las redes sociales dentro del ámbito educativo con miras a mejorar el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje y maximizar su potencial, enfatizando en los beneficios que tiene las redes sociales en la era actual. Según los resultados se comprueba que los estudiantes, profesores y personal administrativo de ambas instituciones poseen perfil en las diferentes redes sociales y dispositivos para conectarse a las mismas. No obstante no se utilizan estas redes con fines educativos, es por ello que se desarrolla una propuesta, donde se apliquen las redes sociales como estrategia metodológica en las especialidades seleccionadas.

The current investigation aims to join the social networks as methodological strategies with the learning and teaching process at the Professional Technical High School of Esparza and Professional Technical High School of Puntarenas, within the business information technology and management for services centers, at the level of 10 th. Grade. The information is gathered through a questionnaire of teachers and students through structured interview with the directors and coaches of both institutions. It does emphasis in the Professional technical Education the use of TIC and its importance has been taken the social networks within the educational field with a view to improving the process of learning teaching maximize your potential, emphasizing the benefits who has the social networks in the current age. According to the results it is verified that students, teachers and administrative staff both institutions have profile in the differents social networks and devices to connect to them. However these networks are not used for educational purposes, proposal is developed, when is possible to applicate the social networks as methodological strategies in the specialities choosen.
