[Abstract] The present work forms a part of more wide other one on the so called Corporative Social Responsibility, this beyond the strict economic profit that obviously it moves to the companies. Our investigation is of juridical character and therefore it is a question of analyzing the normative aspects that gather this element in the different instances of production of procedure, concretely in the present article from the international organizations.
[Resumo] Este traballo forma parte dun estudo máis amplo sobre a chamada responsabilidade social empresarial, ese algo máis aló do estrito lucro económico que obviamente move as empresas. A nosa investigación é de carácter xurídico e, por tanto, nela trátase de analizar os aspectos normativos que recollen ese elemento nas diferentes instancias de elaboración de normas, no tocante a este artigo, concretamente desde os organismos internacionais.
