This Final Degree Project, developed within the framework of the Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering in the Software speciality at the Barcelona School of Informatics, aims to investigate whether the use of a tool to take photographs within a virtual reality environment helps to improve the experience or memory of the user experience or not. This research is aimed at providing new information on this field in virtual reality that will help develop future applications using the knowledge we provide. To carry out this research, first the different necessary tools that we had to implement in order to have an attractive and immersive environment where we can carry out the tests with users will be explained. Once this is detailed, we will proceed to talk about the pilot test that we did as a first iteration of the test with users. Finally, the preliminary conclusions we have obtained thanks to this pilot, which indicate that this tool, despite being striking for users in virtual reality experiences, ends up distracting the user from the scenario that surrounds them. Although these conclusions may not be definitive until more data is obtained through more testing iterations with different users.
